Central Government Organization UTI, set up a warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to store all hard copies of Sales Application & Paid Instruments covering the entire country for decades. TechnoR was contracted to digitize the data stored over the last 30 years, and covered over 10 million plus records, covering 15 Indian banks. Enumeration of family ration cards for entire Tamil Nadu State covering 40 districts by converting hard copy data to soft online for the volume of approx. 10 million family cards. In this process eliminated bogus cards to the tune of 100 thousand plus Physical Customer Application Forms (CAFs) converted to digital CAFs for customer on boarding for mobile connections for AIRTELL and Vodofone. Telecall verification process was conducted to confirm customer details provided in the CAF, which involves a telecaller verifying the information provided by the customer over the phone. This helps prevent fraud and ensures accurate customer information.
